About Program
Introducing a comprehensive career program co-designed by Care Health Insurance and UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI. This program offers a strategic entry point into the high-growth insurance industry for young and aspiring talent. Meticulously crafted to transform ambitious individuals into skilled professionals, the program begins with an intensive 2-week classroom training at the Manipal Campus, followed by deployment at Care Health Insurance and a 6-month hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT) within our large and dynamic ecosystem.

50% and above across 10th, 12th & UG
28 years and younger
Registration Process
Program Fee:
The programme fee covers costs of training, experiential learning, boarding and lodging for the duration of the classroom training
Reimbursement Of Fee:
The reimbursement will be shared in the following two tranches:
- On completion of 1st Year with the company: 50% of Program Fee.
- On completion of 2nd Year with the company: Remaining 50% of Program Fee.
